New Beginnings

When I traveled to Wanderlust yoga festival in Whistler two years ago I received a bracelet for being in attendance made by Blooming Lotus Jewelry. It was made of lotus seeds which represents new beginnings, and a blue sodalite stone which is meant to awaken the third eye. This small token was very fitting because on it was on this trip that I realized that I wanted to become a yoga teacher. Now two years later I have completed my 200 hour Vikasa yoga teacher training, and again I feel like its a new beginning.
